All along, Karl's philosophy was to "Be a friend indeed to a friend in need". This philosophy allowed him to pursue, on his own for 60 years, his journey.

In 1982, the "Preparation" as it was then called was offered to J.F. Robert Bolduc, who as a consumer, became one of its most ardent users/supporters.

Inspired both by Karl and the benefits of this preparation, J.F. Robert Bolduc in 1984, Co-Founded Matol Botanical International Limited under the "Give & Receive" motto, that best described Karl's philosophy.
